ROOFHEALER® ELASTOMERIC SEALER is a premium, high binder, elastomeric roof coating formulated with acrylic polymers, resins, and recycled waste paint.  The elongation and peel strength values of this coating offer superb weather protection and longevity.  The white formulation additionally offers a high solar reflectivity that significantly reduces cooling costs.  Cured coating forms a permeable membrane that prevents liquid infiltration, but allows moisture vapor to vent, or breathe out of underlying substrate.  Formulation of a sealer using waste paint allows the product to have a polymeric binder content (30% by weight) which is greater than of any of the competition (17%-25%).  This high binder content leads to a roof covering with superior resistance to weather, sun and mechanical disruption.

ROOFHEALER® SEALER is a high binder, roof system component formulated with acrylic polymers and recycled waste paint.  As part of a ROOFHEALER® composite roof system, ROOFHEALER® PRIMER forms a permeable membrane that prevents liquid infiltration, but allows moisture vapor to vent, or breathe out of underlying substrate.  Formulation of a primer using waste paint allows the product to have a polymeric binder content (20% by wt) which leads to superior resistance to weather, sun and mechanical disruption.

ROOFHEALER® BEDDING CEMENT is an innovative trowel grade material which is easily shaped and worked, ideally suited for reroofing applications.  It provides permanent, cost effective, slope-to-drain designs over flat and often-irregular substrates found in reroofing projects.  ROOFHEALER® BEDDING CEMENT is strong, durable, has great compressive strength (>900 psi) and will not burn.  At less than 3.5 pounds per sq. ft. for a standard application thickness, ROOFHEALER® BEDDING CEMENT is very light weight, ideal for re-roofing projects.

ROOFHEALER® TROWEL-GRADE CAULK is a premium, polymer-rich, thixotrophic material formulated with minerals, acrylic polymers, resins, and recycled waste paint.  This material provides protection for areas around transitions and penetrations that need extra attention to assure that no water infiltration is possible.
